How happy are you at your current job? Do you like going into work every day? Do you feel valued? Or do you count down the hours until you can go home every day and dread Sunday evenings?

Not only will you start fresh at a new company and learn all about them, but you may have the opportunity to move to a new city. Enjoy your personal time. If you have recently found yourself exhausted, grumpy and unmotivated at work, you may just need to restructure your life. Avoid answering emails during your personal life, as this may make you feel that you never have a break from business. Dedicate free time to a hobby, sport or other activity. Spending too much time working can lead to additional stress, cardiovascular disease, trouble sleeping and impaired relationships with your loved ones. By taking the time to enjoy yourself and not worrying about work, you’ll feel less stressed when you are in the office and go back to enjoying your job.

Go back to school. If you are ready to completely change fields, consider going back to school and earning another degree. College is no longer solely for the fresh high-school graduates, and classes can fit into anybody’s life.
